In order to improve our service, we have upgraded your account to a new billing system. The upgrade took place in July 2012.

As we move your account to the new billing system, there are some changes we want to highlight. Monthly invoices will be sent out either electronically or by mail, but not both. If you pay by Credit Card, you will receive an electronic invoice.

After the changes, you’ll see your new account number clearly visible on the new invoice and it will be used to identify your account going forward. Additionally, the new account number will be used to manage your account online, pay your invoice, and view current or past invoices.
