Email Settings
If you need help configurating a particular email program, we recommend that you use the settings in the table below and the support web site of your software vendor. If you need further help, please see these guides:

For general details, please use the following settings:

- Use POP if you want to download all mail to a single computer.
- Use IMAP for anything else, particularly if you read mail from more than one computer or your phone, or use webmail.

- You can use this server even if you travel or have another ISP. Just make sure you configure SMTP authentication using your email address.
relay.aloha.net
You can use this if you're a high-speed customer without a Hawaii OnLine mailbox. You just have to be on our network, so you do not have to use SMTP authentication.

Specify "SSL" or "TLS" for IMAP, POP3, or SMTP. Use https://mail.aloha.net for webmail. Please note that Outlook only supports SSL on port 465 when connecting to our servers.
